gyfty光纜簡介

GYFTY光纜的結(jié)構(gòu)是將250μm光纖套入高模量材料制成的松套管中，松套管內(nèi)填充防水化合物。纜芯的中心是一根非金屬加強(qiáng)芯(FRP)，對(duì)于某些芯數(shù)的光纜來說，:非金屬加強(qiáng)芯外還需擠上一層聚乙烯(PE)。松套管(和填充繩 )圍繞中心加強(qiáng)芯絞合成緊湊和圓形的纜芯，纜芯內(nèi)的縫隙充以阻水填充物。擠制聚乙烯護(hù)套成纜。
The fibers, 200/250μm, are positioned in a loose tube made of a high modulus plastic. The tubes are filled with a water-resistant filling compound. A Fiber Reinforced Plastic (FRP) locates in the center of core as a non-metallic strength member. The tubes (and fillers) are stranded around the strength member into a compact and circular core. After the cable core is filled with the filling compound to protect it from water ingress, the cable is completed with a PE sheath.
