地埋光纜型號

GYXTW53光纜的結(jié)構(gòu)是將250μm光纖套入高模量材料制成的松套管中，松套管內(nèi)填充防水化合物。松套管外用一層雙面涂塑鋼帶(PSP)縱包，鋼帶和松套管之間加阻水材料以保證光纜的緊湊和縱向滲水，兩側(cè)放置兩根平行鋼絲后擠制聚乙烯內(nèi)護套，雙面涂塑鋼帶(PSP)縱包后擠制聚乙烯護套成纜。
The fibers，250um，are positioned in a loose tube made of a high modulus plastic。The tubes are filled with a water-resistant filling compound。The tube is wrapped with a layer of PSP longitudinally。Between the PSP and the loose tube water-blocking material is applied to keep the cable compact and watertight。Two parallel steel wires are placed at the two sides of the steel tape。The cable is completed with a polyethylene (PE) inner sheath，After the PSP is longitudinally applied over the inner sheath，the cable is completed with a PE out sheath。

光纜環(huán)境性能

試驗項目	試驗方法
溫度循環(huán)試驗	a.溫度臺階：+20℃、-40℃、+70℃、+20℃； b.保持時間：單護套光纜每一臺階12小時，雙護套光纜每一臺階24小時，循環(huán)次數(shù)：2個循環(huán)；
滲水試驗	成品后光纜滲水性能應符合IEC60794-1-F5B規(guī)定，在光纜全截面上進行，滿足1m水柱，1m光纜，8小時不滲水。
光纜外護套 絕緣電阻	光纜外護套絕緣電阻(外護層內(nèi)鎧裝層與大地間)，在光纜浸水24小時后測試，不小于2000MΩ?km（直流500伏測試）。
介電強度	外護套內(nèi)鎧裝層與大地間：在光纜浸水24小時后測試，不小于直流15千伏2分鐘。對雙護套光纜，要求外護套內(nèi)鎧裝與金屬加強芯間：不小于直流20千伏5秒鐘，符合GB/T 1408.1-2006規(guī)定。
滴流試驗	在溫度為70℃（24h）的環(huán)境條件下，光纜應無填充復合物和涂覆復合物等滴出。
