GYTA53光纜的結(jié)構(gòu)是將250μm光纖套入高模量材料制成的松套管中,松套管內(nèi)填充防水化合物。纜芯的中心是一根金屬加強芯,對于某些芯數(shù)的光纜來說,金屬加強芯外還需擠上一層聚乙烯(PE)。松套管(和填充繩)圍繞中心加強芯絞合成緊湊和圓形的纜芯,纜芯內(nèi)的縫隙充以阻水填充物。涂塑鋁帶(APL)縱包后擠一層聚乙烯內(nèi)護(hù)套,雙面涂塑鋼帶(PSP)縱包后擠制聚乙烯護(hù)套成纜。
The fibers, 200/250μm, are positioned in a loose tube made of a high modulus plastic. The tubes are filled with a water-resistant filling compound. A steel wire, sometimes sheathed with polyethylene (PE) for cable with high fiber count, locates in the center of core as a metallic strength member. Tubes (and fillers) are stranded around the strength member into a compact and circular cable core. An Aluminum Polyethylene Laminate (APL) is applied around the cable core. which is filled with the filling compound to protect it from water ingress. Then the cable core is covered with a thin PE inner sheath. After the PSP is longitudinally applied over the inner sheath, the cable is completed with a PE outer sheath.
