產(chǎn)品描述 Description
GYTC8A光纜的結(jié)構(gòu)是將250μm光纖套入高模量材料制成的松套管中，松套管內(nèi)填充防水化合物。纜芯的中心是一根金屬加強芯，松套管(和填充繩 )圍繞中心加強芯絞合成緊湊和圓形的纜芯。纜芯用一層涂塑鋁帶(APL)縱包后，和鋼絲絞線集成到一個8字型的聚乙烯護套內(nèi)。
The fibers, 250μm , are positioned in a loose tube made of a high modulus plastic. The tubes are filled with a water-resistant filling compound. A steel wire locates in the center of core as a metallic strength member. The tubes (and fillers) are stranded around the strength member into a compact and circular cable core. After an Aluminum Polyethylene Laminate (APL) moisture barrier is applied around the cable core, this part of cable accompanied with the stranded wires as the supporting part are completed with a polyethylene (PE) sheath to be figure 8 structure.

光纜環(huán)境性能

試驗項目	試驗方法
溫度循環(huán)試驗	a.溫度臺階：+20℃、-40℃、+70℃、+20℃； b.保持時間：單護套光纜每一臺階12小時，雙護套光纜每一臺階24小時，循環(huán)次數(shù)：2個循環(huán)；
滲水試驗	成品后光纜滲水性能應(yīng)符合IEC60794-1-F5B規(guī)定，在光纜全截面上進行，滿足1m水柱，1m光纜，8小時不滲水。
光纜外護套 絕緣電阻	光纜外護套絕緣電阻(外護層內(nèi)鎧裝層與大地間)，在光纜浸水24小時后測試，不小于2000MΩ?km（直流500伏測試）。
介電強度	外護套內(nèi)鎧裝層與大地間：在光纜浸水24小時后測試，不小于直流15千伏2分鐘。對雙護套光纜，要求外護套內(nèi)鎧裝與金屬加強芯間：不小于直流20千伏5秒鐘，符合GB/T 1408.1-2006規(guī)定。
滴流試驗	在溫度為70℃（24h）的環(huán)境條件下，光纜應(yīng)無填充復(fù)合物和涂覆復(fù)合物等滴出。
